Welcome to our house!

My name is Mary and on behalf of my family, I welcome you to our house with great joy! The Beach House is a beautiful and luxurious cottage by the sea. If you are a lover of the nature or seeking for a luxurious and serene retreat location, we guarantee you that our house will surround you with its unique energy to an unforgettable experience.

The space

The main building is a 135 sqm, 3-storey, stone tower. It is surrounded by a 2.000 sqm beautiful garden with a long variety of trees, 2 patios and small lounging areas here and there. At the back side there is an orchard. There is parking space for 5-8 cars.

The interior is designed based on a French country aesthetics. Through the main entrance, you access the ground floor where there is the living room and the kitchen. A small WC serves the floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a big, round dining table. We are coffee lovers and very proud of our coffee, so there is an espresso machine and a box of 50 espresso shots waiting for you upon your arrival.

The living room has an active fireplace and a 32-inches screen TV. The spaces are openly connected and they have immediate access to the main patio and the garden. Through the main entrance, the guests can access a small patio in the back side of the house and the orchard.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two spacious bedrooms, the Blue Room and the Purple Room. The Blue Room has a double bed. The Purple Room has two single beds. A bathroom with a shower serves the floor. Both bedrooms are equipped with wardrobes, small TV sets, ceiling fans, A/C and mosquito nets. The Blue Room has two windows with view to the main patio, the garden and the beach. The Purple Room has access to a 20-sqm terrace with front view to the main patio, the garden and the beach, and side view to the small vineyard. Another staircase leads from the ground floor to the semi-basement floor, where there are two more big bedrooms with double beds, the Green Room and the Star Room. The Green Room is semi-private, as it has a big arch entrance closing with heavy curtains. Both bedrooms have big ceiling windows and small screen TV sets. A bathroom with a shower serves the floor.

A crib can be provided upon request.

Linens, towels & toiletries are included in the price. There is no clothes washing machine. For reservations of more than 10 days we cover the cost and the logistics for the laundry. There is equipment for hand-washing (detergent is included).

The garden is surrounded by wire fence. There are in total 4 entrances; 2 for cars, one for pedestrians and one for pedestrians towards and from a beautiful and quiet beach. The Beach House is pet friendly, although depending on the size of the pet there might be restrictions for the inside of the house.

You cannot host a party or an event. Please keep in mind that the house has strict rules on this. A social event can be arranged under certain conditions and after detailed communication with us.

Interaction with guests

As we open our doors to guests for the first time, you will have the chance to experience the cottage as close as possible to the way we and our friends do! There will be a host to welcome you upon your arrival. Please keep in mind that since this is a big property, there will be an instruction tour around the premises (duration 30 min). My contact information will be available to you upon reservation as well. You can contact me for information or help. A set of extra experiences (not included in the price) have been designed for you. The list will be communicated with you after the reservation.

House cleaning services will take place 3 times a week (every 3rd day). This is mandatory and included in the price. Linens and towels change is included. The gardener will visit the garden premises 2 times a week.
